    Subscription Plans

    Xitoring offers flexible plans based on your monitoring needs:

    • Free – Up to 5 monitors, 5-minute intervals, email notifications
    • Pro – Unlimited monitors, 1-minute intervals, all notification channels
    • Business – Everything in Pro plus SLA, priority support, SSO
    • Enterprise – Custom limits, dedicated support, on-premise options

    Changing Your Plan

    1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
    2. Click Change Plan
    3. Select your new plan
    4. Changes take effect immediately; billing is prorated

    Payment Methods

    We accept:

    • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
    • PayPal
    • Wire transfer (Enterprise plans only)

    To update your payment method:

    1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
    2. Click Add Payment Method or Update

    Invoices

    All invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoices. They are generated on the 1st of each month and emailed to the account owner.

    Cancellation

    You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your monitors continue running until the end of the billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
