- Flexible plans are available if you are not interested in the above packages, rates are $10.00 for each Server (includes 4 uptime checks and 20 SMS for free), and $1.00 for each uptime check (includes 2 SMS for free).
- The above packages can be upgraded at the same rate: $5.00 for each Server (includes 4 uptime checks and 20 SMS for free), and $0.50 for each uptime check (includes 2 SMS for free).
- Extra SMS can be purchased as an add-on for $10.00 for 100 SMS messages
- Packages can be upgraded, or add-ons can be purchased in the middle of the billing term. Upgrades will take effect immediately.
- Plans can be committed to yearly billing terms for more discount, contact billing for details.
- Phone call credit is shared with SMS credit. One phone call is equivalent to one SMS.

Billing and Pricing FAQ
How many integrations are included in each plan?
Each plan includes a certain number of integrations — the “Server Monitoring” plans come with 30+ integrations, while higher tiers unlock more integrations. You can check the exact count on the plan card, or contact us for details about a specific integration.
Is there a discount if I choose annual billing instead of monthly?
Yes — we offer discounted rates if you commit to a yearly billing cycle. Please contact sales or check the checkout page for the current discount percentage. You can always upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-term; the price will be pro-rated accordingly.
Can I switch plans mid-month or downgrade at any time?
Yes — plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) can be made at any time. The changes take effect immediately, and charges will be pro-rated based on usage. There are no long-term commitments or lock-in contracts.
What happens if I exceed the quota (e.g. number of uptime checks or SMS credits)?
If you exceed your plan’s quota, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase add-ons. For example, extra SMS credits can be bought at a fixed rate (e.g. $10 for 100 SMS) as needed.
Do you offer free trial?
Xitoring offers one month Trial (paid features available) and afterward your account will be switched to a free plan for lifetime.

Are there any limits for users, teammates or projects under each plan?
Yes — each plan defines limits like number of teammates, number of servers or uptime checks, number of status pages or subscribers. You can view these in the plan details. For larger needs, consider our Enterprise plan — it offers unlimited servers, checks, teammates, status pages and includes private locations + priority support.
Do you offer refund?
Refunds are done with -zero- questions, anytime. However you can always benefit our free or trial plan before purchase and upgrade anytime!
What are payment methods?
We accept major credit cards, for Paypal or Wire transfers please contact us.
How can I downgrade or upgrade?
Both flexible and special plans can be upgraded or upgraded anytime, even in the middle of the month. no lock-in contracts!
Do you offer support in case I run into issues or need help with setup?
Yes — all paid plans include support. For enterprise clients, we offer priority support and custom onboarding. For custom quotes or setup help, reach out via the contact form.
Can I purchase additional SMS credit anytime?
You can always purchase additional SMS credits for $10.00 per 100 SMS messages or upgrade your service plan.
If I’m a student / non-profit / startup — is there a discount or free plan?
Yes — we support students, nonprofits and recently founded startups. Qualified users can get discounts or even lifetime free access under certain conditions. Contact us with proof of eligibility to learn more.
