    How does the free trial work?
    Start with a 14-day free trial on any paid plan — no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial. At the end, you can downgrade to the Free plan or subscribe to keep your setup.
    Can I change plans at any time?
    Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. When you upgrade, the price difference is prorated. When you downgrade, the remaining balance is credited toward future billing cycles.
    What happens if I exceed my monitor limits?
    You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your plan's limit. Existing monitors keep running — you just won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade or remove unused monitors.
    Do you offer refunds?
    Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact our support team for a full refund — no questions asked.
    What notification channels are included?
    All plans include email alerts. Paid plans unlock additional channels including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, webhooks, and Zapier integration.
    Is there an API for automation?
    Yes. Business and Enterprise plans include full REST API access with support for 15+ programming languages. You can create checks, fetch metrics, manage users, and automate your entire monitoring setup.
    How do I migrate from another provider?
    We offer one-click migration tools for Pingdom, Uptime.com, and BetterStack. Our team can also help with custom migrations on Enterprise plans — just reach out to sales.
