    User Roles

    Xitoring supports three role levels:

    Owner

    • Full access to all features
    • Manage billing and subscription
    • Add/remove team members
    • Cannot be removed (can transfer ownership)

    Admin

    • Full access to monitors, servers, and settings
    • Add/remove team members (except owners)
    • Cannot manage billing

    Member

    • View dashboards and alerts
    • Acknowledge alerts
    • Cannot create or modify monitors
    • Cannot access settings or team management

    Inviting Team Members

    1. Go to Settings → Team
    2. Click Invite Member
    3. Enter their email address
    4. Select their role
    5. They receive an email invitation to join

    Managing Permissions

    Monitor-Level Access

    For more granular control, assign members to specific server groups or monitor groups. They'll only see monitors within their assigned groups.

    Notification Routing

    Each team member can configure their own notification preferences:

    • Which channels to use
    • Quiet hours
    • Severity filters

    Audit Log

    All team actions are logged under Settings → Audit Log, including:

    • Monitor creation/deletion
    • Alert acknowledgments
    • Configuration changes
    • Login events
