As one of the main developer at my company, we have a lot of users, and have built a lot of applications on several servers / cloud systems with digital-ocean. Last year we got the newsletter from DigitalOcean, that Xitoring is available for their services, so we wanted to give them a try. Since then I and my team are more than happy to use them to monitor our servers, apps and also websites from our clients which we are hosting. The status page is great and well designed, the custom dashboards are very handy for my team to keep an eye on resource management and upgrade services once we are overloaded. Thanks!

I've been using Xitoring to monitor websites and api services for some time now, and I am continually impressed by the level of support and the frequent updates. The responsive customer support team has been quick to address any inquiries I've had, ensuring a smooth experience. The regular updates to the platform demonstrate a commitment to staying current with industry standards and improving the user experience. Xitoring not only meets ourcurrent monitoring needs but also gives me confidence in its ability to adapt to future challenges. The best part of it is the customizeable status page we got with them, which we use internally for our support team and also publically for our customers! I and my team are using the dashboards and graphs frequently. What I really like with them is the server integrations and how easy you can monitor docker containers with them.

I am very happy with Xitoring for our monitoring system, having around 10 linux servers and 2 windows servers monitored was easy with them. Getting alert and notification in time. They root cause description helped me to solve the issue of two of our servers earlier than I thought! Keep going.

Pros: I really like their integration with Apache and MySql. I am having 5 web servers and always I had to login to each of them and make sure everything is working and fine, after using Xitoring I am able to monitor those services from their application. Even the status page is amazing.

Cons: I can not say anything I don't like with Xitoring, however I would like to have ability to monitor tcp and udp ports as well. It is yet not possible with them 🙁

Overall: Overall, I am very happy with them, currently using their free account, however I am planning to upgrade by next month, as I would like to have slack notification which is available on their paid plan.

Overall: My personal overall experience with Xitoring and also their support team is very good and my team love their dashboards and integrations because it is making the daily support life easier.
Pros: The ease of integration and setup, which is Xitoring providing is a 10 of 10! I was amazed how fast my team added over 100 of servers in the pool and they got all monitored in few minutes. The status page is helping our support team and customers to track every single outage and sole it in few minutes.
Cons: There is almost nothing I don't like about Xitoring, but I hoped we found them earlier to not waste our money for different uptime and server monitoring before 🙁
