How to Configure Opsgenie Notifications
Step 1: Create an API Integration in Opsgenie
- Log in to your Opsgenie account
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Add Integration and search for API
- Configure the integration and copy the API Key
Step 2: Create a Notification Role in Xitoring
- Log in to your Xitoring Dashboard
- Go to Settings → Notification Roles
- Click Create New Role
- Name it (e.g., "Opsgenie Escalation")
Step 3: Add Opsgenie Channel
- Click Add Contact in the notification role
- Select Opsgenie as the channel
- Paste the API Key
- Save
Step 4: Test
- Click Send Test and verify the alert in Opsgenie
