Google Chat Integration
Xitoring supports Google Chat integration using Webhooks to allow receiving alerts and notifications on your Google Chat spaces. In order to configure this integration, you need to follow these steps:
- In Google Chat, go to Apps & Integrations.
- Select Manage Webhook to proceed with creating a Webhook.
- Provide a name e.g. Xitoring for your Webhook and then select Save to create the Webhook.
Now your Webhook URL is generated and you need to copy it.
The Final Webhook URL will look like the below:

TIP
Treat this endpoint as a secret. Anyone who has it will be able to post messages to your Google Chat spaces.
Enable Google Chat Integration on Xitoring
To enable Google Chat integration please navigate to Notification Roles and select your desired notification role, enable Google Chat and provide the complete Webhook URL generated in the last section as shown in the below image.
