SMS Integration
Xitoring offers an SMS notification feature that alerts users of server incidents via text message. When an incident is detected, Xitoring sends an SMS notification to the designated Notification Role with details about the incident, including the affected server.
SMS notifications are a useful feature for IT teams who need to stay informed about server incidents, even when they are away from their computer or Email. By receiving notifications via SMS, users can take immediate action to resolve the issue, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Tips
We recommend not to use Repeated incidents when having SMS channel enabled, to manage costs.
