How to Enable Push notifications on Mobile

1. Login using your username or email address
2. Make sure on your mobile phone, Xitoring has access and permission for notifications. You can find the setting on Setting -> Apps -> Xitoring.

How to enable Push notifications on Xitoring

1. Navigate to https://app.xitoring.com/ui/notificationRoles and select your desired Notification role.
2. In Push Notifications section, choose all recipients who you want to receive the notification.
3. Sent a Test Notification to make sure everything is working fine.
4. Save notification role.

Tips

• You can receive push notifications on 100 devices for each user
• Sub-accounts can receive Push notifications
