Sub Accounts
The Sub Accounts feature allows you to create additional users under your main account and configure their access to different areas of the platform. This is useful for managing team members and delegating tasks with specific privileges.
Note: The Sub Accounts feature is not available in the free plan. You will need to upgrade to a paid plan to access this feature.
Create a Sub Account
To create a new sub-account, navigate to the "Account" page from the side menu, find the Sub Accounts section, and click on "Add Sub Account". You'll be presented with a form to input details about the sub-account user and configure their access settings.

Access Configuration
If you do not provide full access to the sub-account, you can configure specific access permissions to various sections of the platform. The following options allow fine-tuned control over which parts of the platform the sub-account can access:
Full Access Option
Full Access : Full access means the sub-account has the same privileges as the main account. If enabled , the sub-account will inherit all the permissions of the main account.
You can provide your sub-account full access, making their privileges identical to the main account's. This is ideal when you want the user to have full control over all features and settings.
Access Fields:
- API Access: Enables or disables access to API-related settings and data.
- Report Access: Allows the sub-account to view and manage reports within the platform.
- Billing Access: Controls access to billing information and invoices.
- Ticket Access: Provides the sub-account with the ability to view and manage support tickets.
- Email Reports: Grants permission for the sub-account to receive reports via email.
- Status Pages Access: Determines whether the sub-account can view and manage status pages.
- Notification Roles: Enables or disables the sub-account's ability to manage notification roles.
- Maintenance Schedule Access: Controls the sub-account’s ability to schedule and manage maintenance windows.
You can selectively enable or disable any of these fields based on the sub-account user's role and responsibilities.
Group Access
The platform also allows you to define group-based access levels for different sections, which provides more granular control over what each sub-account can view or modify. You can set group-level access for the following areas:
Group Access Levels:
Read and Write Access: Provides full control over the group's resources. The sub-account can both view and modify content within this group.
Read-Only Access: Grants the sub-account the ability to view the group's content without making any modifications.
No Access: Completely restricts the sub-account from viewing or interacting with the group's resources.
Each group can be configured with these access levels, allowing you to customize the permissions based on your team’s organizational needs. For instance, you might grant read-only access to a specific group while allowing full read and write access to another.
Additional Notes:
- Always ensure you assign the correct level of access based on the responsibilities of the sub-account user to avoid unintentional permissions being granted.
- This feature is not available on the free plan. You will need to subscribe to a paid plan to create sub-accounts and configure access.
By using the Access Configuration and Group Access features, you can efficiently delegate tasks to your team members, ensuring that each sub-account has only the permissions they need.
