Incident's Root Cause
The status of a service is very important but when it's come to Xitoring the UP
or DOWN
of service is not enough!
What can make the diagnosis of a problem very easy and fast is the root cause of that problem. for example, if you have a DOWN incident reported for your HTTP(s) Check, it can be a network problem with your server, a problem with resolving your domain, or many other things. In Xitoring you always have a Root Cause
report stick to the incident. even when you get an Email for an incident you have the root cause report attached to that Email. You can view the root cause report for the incident on the Server Overview
