Migrate from UptimeRobot to Xitoring

You can easily migrate from UptimeRobot to a perfect alternative, Xitoring!

What data are migrated?

Xitoring automatically detects all uptime checks configured on UptimeRobot. It's recommended to configure Notification Roles afterward.

How to migrate from UptimeRobot

  1. Login to your UptimeRobot account
  2. Navigate to My Settings, and on the API Settings widget, create a Main API Key.
  3. Copy the API key and keep it for future use.
  4. Login to your Xitoring dashboard, then navigate to New Monitoring, and select Migrating from a Competitor? at the bottom.
  5. Now select UptimeRobot
  6. Provide the API key of your UptimeRobot account and click on Fetch data.
  7. Now you will see a preview of all your data, Please review each for correct configuration and change anything you'd like.
  8. After review, click on Add Selected Checks to create uptime checks.

Disclaimer

Using the import tool you can easily migrate from to Xitoring. Basically, we fetch all of your uptime checks and generate a preview of all configurations. After review and confirmation, you can create the Uptime checks instantly. The tool is designed to provide the most accurate data, however, due to the nature of this work, there might be differences in data mapping, therefore, it's strongly recommended to review all configurations before creating the Uptime Checks. For any inquiries you can contact support, all migration assistance could be arranged by our technical team at no cost to all customers. We make no changes to your account, and the API key is only used to read data. no write permission is required, nor do we store your API key.
